The Design of Practical Teaching Model based on Production Line Platform

以校内模拟产品生产线为平台,构建模拟企业生产实况的实践教学模式:根据教学要求调整生产线布局和生产安排,以适应学校系统化教育的固有特点;在真实的生产实践中,掌握单项操作技能,掌握生产线管理和质量管理等多方面综合技能;建立模拟企业环境的考核评价体系,提升教师队伍的科技创新能力,为实现真正可持续的校企合作打好基础。

Based on production-line, a practical teaching model that simulates live enterprise production operational mechanisms has been built and used in our teaching practice. This practical teaching model provides a path of overcoming the difficulties of finding the right companies for university-enterprise cooperation. Meanwhile, in this model, the adjustment of production-line layout and production arrangement according to the teaching requirements and the fulfillment of the inherent characteristics of systematic school education can be done at ease. In the real production practice, students master single operation skills, at the same time,they can get comprehensive skills in many aspects such as production management and quality management. Briefly, the practical teaching model helps to establish a simulated enterprise environment evaluation system, upgrade technological innovation ability of teachers, and achieve truly sustainable university-enterprise cooperation.
