摘要
校企深度融合是实现职业教育高素质人才培养目标的有效途径。研究发现,莞式校企合作是一种校企深度融合的创新范式。莞式校企合作在结合东莞区域经济特色的基础上,以机制创新为核心,以专班培养为具体实施形式,初步实现了培养社会和企业需要的高素质、高技能人才的目标,成为校企合作的典型范式。因此,有必要探讨莞式校企合作的内涵、特点及其实施过程。
The in-depth fusion of school- enterprise cooperation is an effective way to realize the goal of high quality training of talents in vocational education. Study has found the Guan-style cooperation an innovative paradigm, which is based on the regional economic characteristics of Dongguan, adopts the mechanism innovation as the core value, and is accomplished by the practice of specialized class. Consequently, under this cooperation, we have initially achieved the goal of cultivating high-quality and high-skilled talents for the enterprise and the society. As a result, it has become a paradigm. Therefore, it is necessary for us to study the connotation, characteristics and the implementation process of this type of cooperation.
