摘要
伴随着我国高科技产业的迅速发展,我国已成为世界上最主要的高科技产品出口国之一。高科技产品出口以加工方式为主,集中在计算机、电子及通信等产业,外资企业是出口的主力军。这种状况与我国参与东亚国际分工的方式与程度密切相关,日本企业主导的垂直统合型分工和以欧美企业为制高点的全球生产网络,给我国带来光鲜的出口数据的同时,通过产业链中低端锁定、降低产业关联程度等方式一定程度上阻隔了技术外溢效果。因此,要通过营造良好的创新环境、加强技术创新体系建设、开展海外并购和跨国科技合作以及突破产业链锁定重塑分工格局等方式提高我国科技产品的技术含量。
With the rapid development of high-tech industries, China has become one of the most important high- tech products exporting countries. Assembly process is the main way of export, concentrating in computer, electronics and telecommunications industries, and foreign enterprises is the main force of export.This situation is closely related to the way of China's participation in the international division of labor in East Asia.The vertically integrated division led by Japanese companies and the global production networks led by the businesses of Europe and the United States has bring the bright export data for China,but at the same time, they tend to block technology spillover effect to China through the low-end lock of industrial chain and reducing the degree of industrial linkage, etc.Therefore, China need to improve the technical content of scientific and technological products by creating a good environment for innovation,strengthening the construction of technical innovation system,carrying out overseas mergers and international cooperation in science and technology, breaking through the industrial chain lock to reshape the pattern of division of labor.
