复发脑胶质母细胞瘤的治疗进展 被引量：1

摘要 胶质母细胞瘤（glioblastoma,GBM）是最常见的颅内原发恶性肿瘤,2006-2010年美国新诊断的颅内恶性肿瘤中GBM约占45.2%。GBM具有高复发率、高死亡率的特点,中位生存期仅14-16个月,中位复发时间为6.2个月,复发后的中位生存期仅为25-30周。
