摘要
采用在迈克尔逊干涉光路中加入一个温度可控的楔形样品池的方法,精确测量了有机半导体聚(2-甲氧基-5-辛氧基)对苯乙炔(MOPPV)在四氢呋喃溶液中不同温度、不同浓度下的折射率变化规律。研究表明:一定浓度的MOPPV四氢呋喃溶液的折射率随温度升高而线性减小;在较低温度下,MOPPV溶液折射率出现随浓度升高而线性减小的现象,而在较高温度下,MOPPV溶液折射率出现随浓度的升高先减小后增大的现象。该测量方法物理思路清晰、操作简单、重复性好、测量精度高,具有一定的实用价值。
By adopting a laser interference method based on the traditional Michelson interferometer optical path with adding a temperature-controlled wedge sample cell, the refractive index of polyE (2-methoxyl-5-octyloxy) phenylene vinylene] (MOPPV) tetrahydrofuran solution under conditions of different concentrations and temperatures were accurately measured. The experimental research show that the refractive index of MOPPV tetrahydrofuran solution linearly decreases with the temperature increase, and the refractive index of MOPPV solution linearly decreases with the increase of concentration at low temperature, but first decreases and then increases with the increase of concentration at high temperature.
