摘要
典型的微波光子混合链路包含微波前端、纯光链路和后置微波放大,其动态范围、噪声系数等性能受到这三个环节的共同制约。首先建立了纯光链路的理论模型,并分析了其参数优化方法;然后将纯光链路在混合链路中等效为微波模型,利用微波级联理论分析了微波前端和后置微波放大的增益和三阶截交点对混合链路的动态范围、噪声系数的影响规律,进而得到微波光子混合链路的优化方法。
Microwave-photonic hybrid links typically include microwave front-end, pure optical link and post microwave amplifiers. The three segments will together limit the performance of hybrid links, such as dynamic range and noise figure. In this article, firstly theoretical model of pure optical link was established, and the optimization method of parameter setup was analyzed. Then, the pure optical link was equivalent to microwave mode the the hybrid link, and the microwave cascading theory was utilized to analyze the impact of the gain and third-order intercept point of microwave front-end and post microwave amplifier on the dynamic range and noise figure of hybrid link, through which the optimization method of microwave photonic hybrid link can be obtained.
