摘要
改变了芴甲醇合成反应的催化剂和溶剂 ,反应的催化剂由 Na H改为乙醇钠 ,溶剂由乙醚变为甲酸乙酯。结果表明 :当芴为 4.0 g,催化剂乙醇钠为 1 .1 g,甲酸乙酯为 66m L,反应时间为 4.0 h;甲醛为 2 .0 m L,1 0 % Na OH溶液为 8.0 m L,反应时间为 2 .0 h,芴甲醇收率为 75 .0 % .
The catalyst and solvent are changed for synthetic reaction of 9 flourenylmethanol .The catalyst is sodium ethylate instead of sodium hydrid and ethyl formiate as solvent instead of ethyl ether .The experimental results show:that the yield of 9 flourenylmethnol is over 75.0%, when flouren is 4.0 g ,the amount of catalyst is 1.1 g, the amount of ethyl formate is 66 mL,and the reaction time is 4.0 h;and formaldehyde is 2.0 mL, 10% NaOH solution is 8.0 mL, the reaction time is 2.0 h.
