新生儿高胆红素血症72例临床治疗观察

Clinical observation of 72 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia

目的探讨新生儿高胆红素血症临床治疗效果。方法选取新生儿高胆红素血症72例,随机分为对照组(36)与治疗组(36),对照组采取西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用金双歧联合茵栀黄口服液治疗,对比两组临床效果。结果治疗组胆红素水平为(112.21±13.26)μmol/L,对照组为(154.56±15.87)μmol/L,治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为94.44%,对照组为72.22%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于新生儿高胆红素血症采用金双歧联合茵栀黄口服液治疗,安全有效,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods A total of72 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,randomly assigned for control group（ 36） and treatment group（ 36）,the control group take routine treatment of Western medicine,treatment group in the control group based on the use of Jinshuangqi that of combined Yinzhihuang oral liquid in treating,compared the clinical effect of two groups. Results The bilirubin level in the treatment group was（ 112. 21 ± 13. 26） mol / L,the control group was（ 154. 56 ± 15. 87） mol / L,the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. The total effective rate in the treatment group was 94. 44%,the control group was 72. 22%,the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The neonatal hyperbilirubinemia by Jinshuangqi combined Yinzhihuang oral liquid treatment,safe and effective,and has the value of clinical application.
