痰热清联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎43例疗效观察

Efficacy on mycoplasma pneumonia treated with Tanreqing injection and Azithromycin in 43 cases of children

目的观察痰热清联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法将本院收治的支原体肺炎患儿86例按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各43例,对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用痰热清注射液治疗,比较两组治疗后疗效。结果两组总有效率分别为76.74%和95.35%,观察组疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组平均退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痰热清联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎可提高患儿的疗效,改善症状,缩短治疗时间,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of mycoplasma pneumonia by Tanreqing injection and Azithromycin in children. Methods According to the random number table,86 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,and each groups with 43 cases,the control group treated with Azithromycin,the observation group treated with Tanreqing injection and Azithromycin,the effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of two groups were 76. 74% and 93. 95%,the effect of observation group was significantly better than that of control group（ P 0. 05）; The antifebrile time,extinction time of cough and pulmonary rale were significantly shorter than that of control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Tanreqing injection combined with Azithromycin can increase clinical effect,improve symptom,short duration of treatment,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
