摘要
目的探讨情境模拟教学对新护士创新能力的培训效果。方法 2014年8月—2015年8月将120名新护士随机分为对照组和观察组各60名,对照组采用传统式带教模式,观察组采用情境模拟教学带教模式,培训时间为1年,比较两组护士的各项培训效果。计量资料组间比较采用t检验,P<0.05表示差异有统计学意义。结果培训后实施情景模拟教学的观察组护士的5个维度(开放思想、评判思维自信心、分析能力、系统化能力、求知欲)成绩和总得分成绩[(52.16±7.61)、(46.68±4.74)、(46.67±6.29)、(46.00±6.92)、(47.51±7.33)、(335.67±20.13)分]均显著高于对照组[(40.67±6.86)、(39.83±7.01)、(41.33±8.73)、(41.34±8.72)、(42.83±6.76)、(300.69±15.83)分],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组护士的理论知识、技能操作、沟通能力成绩[(91.30±3.20)、(93.10±3.80)、(80.60±2.81)分]均优于对照组[(86.70±3.19)、(88.30±3.10)、(82.41±3.60)分],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学能提升新护士的创新能力,使其尽快角色适应能力,提高护理质量。应用情景模拟教学培训新护士是可行、有效的。
Objective To explore training effect of new nurses' innovation capacity fostered by teaching of senario simulation. Methods 120 new nurses were divided into two group, control group and experimental group had 60 new nurses respectively. Control group adopt conventional teaching, experimental group was used teaching of senario simulation with training time in a year. Training effects were compared. Measurement data was processed by t test, P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant. ResultsAfter training, the 5 dimensionality(open mind, judge thinking self-confidence, analytical ability, systematization ability, thirst for knowledge) grades and total points in experimental group [(52.16±7.61),(46.68±4.74),(46.67±6.29),(46.00±6.92),(47.51±7.33),(335.67±20.13) scores] were significantly better than control group [(40.67±6.86),(39.83±7.01),(41.33±8.73),(41.34±8.72),(42.83±6.76),(300.69±15.83) scores](all P〈0.05). The grades of theoretical knowledge, skill operation, communication skills of experimental group [(91.30±3.20),(93.10±3.80),(80.60±2.81) scores] were better than control group[(86.70±3.19),(88.30±3.10),(82.41±3.60) scores](all P〈0.05). Conclution Teaching of senario simulation is helpful to promote nurses' innovation capacity and nursing quality. The teaching of senario simulation cultivating new nurses is effective and feasible.
