基于灰色系统的我国医疗服务费用影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of China's medical service cost based on grey system

目的了解我国医疗服务费用的各相关影响因素。方法根据国家统计局官方网站及有关政策获得上述影响因素的数据,基于灰色系统有关理论,利用灰关联分析中方法,计算我国医疗服务费用与各影响因素的关联度。结果与人均卫生费用高度相关的因素是人均GDP水平、家庭恩格尔系数、老年抚养比、参加医疗保险人数、我国医疗卫生政策水平,关联度依次为:R1=0.868 473、R2=0.533 853、R3=0.591 775、R4=0.622 674、R5=0.689 232。结论增强国家经济实力、提高医疗服务政策水平、持续完善医疗保险制度、合理应对我国人口老龄化问题,有利于控制我国医疗服务费用问题。

Objective To understand the factors influencing the cost of medical service in our country. Methods The data of above factors obtained from the official website of the National Bureau of statistics and the relevant policies, based on the grey system theory, using the method of grey relational analysis, and calculating the grey correlation of the medical service cost in China and the factors above. Results The factors were highly related with the per capita GDP, the Engel coefficient, the elderly dependency ratio, the number of medical insurance, and medical service price policy（R1=0.868 473, R2=0.533 853, R3=0.591 775, R4=0.622 674, R5=0.689 232）.Conclusion Strengthen national economy, improve the level of medical service policy, and continue to complete the medical insurance system, cope with the aging of the population of our country, which are conducive to the control of China＇s medical service costs.
