对丙烯管网中大流量用户事故工况下的分析及动态模拟

摘要 以乙烯裂解装置为龙头的特大型石油化工厂,丙烯管网是最复杂和最重要的管网系统之一,须确保其安全可靠地运行。针对某大型乙烯化工厂因下游大流量用户装置进料切断阀关闭出现了管网压力快速升高导致全厂紧急停车的事件,在工况分析的基础上,采用静态和动态流程模拟研究各种事故工况下的泄放情况,找到了存在的问题,提出了解决方案和复杂管网系统安全设计的建议。 In extra large petrochemical plant with ethylene cracking equipment as its main construction, propylene pipeline system is one of the most important and complicated pipeline systems. It shall be ensured in safe and reliable operation. With respect to the accident of urgent shut-down for whole plant which was resulted from closing of cut-off valves used in downstream large flow user, various accident conditions were simulated by using static and dynamic processes. The problems were fixed, and the solving measures for safety design of complicated pipeline system were proposed. The method used in this article and the results may be used in diagnosis for complicated in-service pipeline system and also be used for guide of its safety design.
