在EPC(工程设计、采购、施工)总承包项目中,采购成本一般占总成本的60%左右,设备材料的采购管理是项目顺利实施的一个重要步骤。采购管理的重点内容就是采购成本和过程的控制管理,包括设备材料采购的价格控制、过程沟通、设备材料催交、合同审批及付款等方面。
Normally, procurement cost would be accounted for 60% of total costs in EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) projects. Procurement of equipment and materials is an important step in smooth implementation of project. The emphasis of procurement management is the management of procurement cost and process control, including price control of equipment and material purchasing, process communication, expediting of equipment and materials, contract approval and payment, and others.
