朱西杰教授认为胃癌前病变(PLGC)的形成是一个漫长的过程,是萎缩性胃炎的长期反复发作最终导致胃络的损伤,而胃络的损伤可导致胃黏膜缺氧增生,最终变性。辨治须从胃络入手,通过对PLGC胃黏膜络病的时间、空间,以及形态结构三维立体的研究,提出清络(清热、解毒、泻火)、温络(祛寒、温阳、益气)、疏络(活血、利湿、消食、涤痰)、排络(逐瘀、利胆、通腑、泄浊)等多元辨治方法,修复损伤胃络,营养胃黏膜,使肠化增生得消,为PLGC临床治疗提供了新思路和方法。

This article through to gastric mucosais of PLGC collateral disease＇s time,space,and the three-dimensional research,put forward clear collaterals（ clearing heat,detoxification,purging fire）,warming collaterals（ remove cold,warming yang,invigorating qi）,dredging collaterals（ activating blood,removing dampness,help to digest,polyester sputum）,row of collaterals（ removing stasis,choleretics,purging fu-organs,drain turbidty） multivariate to contend for differentiation,provides a new thought and method for PLGC.
