吴茱萸散敷脐联合足底穴位按摩治疗腹泻患儿

Diarrhea in children with application of combination of umbilical cord and foot massage

目的探究吴茱萸散敷脐联合足底穴位按摩应用于腹泻小儿对其病情症状改善情况的影响。方法选取我院于2013年9月—2015年11月收治的84例腹泻小儿,利用随机数字表法进行分组,分别设为研究组和对照组,每组各42例。其中对照组开展常规干预,研究组则在对照组基础上开展吴茱萸散敷脐联合足底穴位按摩。记录2组患儿在干预前及干预后第1周末腹泻严重程度;记录2组患儿腹泻消失时间、呕吐消失时间、发热消失时间、腹胀消失时间、正常进食时间及正常排气排便时间。结果 2组患者在干预前的腹泻程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组重型腹泻人数要少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿腹泻消失时间、呕吐消失时间及发热消失时间均早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿腹胀消失时间、正常进食时间及正常排气排便时间均早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吴茱萸散敷脐联合足底穴位按摩应用于腹泻小儿有助于改善患儿的病情症状,值得在临床上做进一步推广。

Objective To explore the effect of the application of Wu Zhuyu＇s loose compress combined with massage on the symptoms of diarrhea in children with diarrhea. Methods 84 children with diarrhea in our hospital from November 2015 to September 2013 were divided into study group and control group,42 cases in each group were divided into study group and control group. The control group to carry out routine intervention research group in the control group based developing Evodia scattered umbilicus with foot massage. Records of two groups of patients before intervention and prognosis of the end of the first week of severity of diarrhea; records of two groups of children with diarrhea disappeared time,vomiting disappearing time of fever,disappear time,abdominal distension,disappearance time,normal eating time and normal exhaust and defecation time. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before the intervention（ P〉0. 05）. The number of severe diarrhea in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. In the study group,the disappearance time of diarrhea,the disappearance time of vomiting and fever disappeared earlier than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. In the study group,the time of abdominal distension disappeared,normal eating time and normal exhaust defecation time were earlier than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of combined acupuncture and massage in the treatment of diarrhea in children is helpful to improve the condition of children with diarrhea,and it is worth to be popularized in clinical practice.
