针刺联合温阳通络方治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫

Acupuncture combined with Wenyang Tongluo decoction in treatment of diabetic gastroparesis

目的通过观察针刺联合温阳通络方治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫(脾胃阳虚证),客观评价其临床疗效及安全性,为临床推广针药联合治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫提供可行性依据。方法选择符合纳入标准的患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予针刺+温阳通络方药,对照组给予多潘立酮口服,4周为1个疗程。结果治疗前后2组患者的胃排空率均明显提高,治疗组与对照组比较,治疗组患者疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医临床症状治疗组改善较对照组有明显的优势(P<0.05)。临床总有效率:治疗组总有效率为83.33%,对照组总有效率为60%。结论针刺联合温阳通络方治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫,以健脾行气,恢复胃肠运动,提高胃排空率,显著改善中医临床症状,同时有辅助降血糖作用,疗效安全可靠。

Objective Through the observation of acupuncture combined with Wenyang Tongluo decoction in the treatment of DGP- Diabetic Gastroparesis（ yang deficiency of spleen and stomach）,objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety and provide the feasible basis for the clinical application of acupuncture combined with medicines in treatment of DGP. Methods Choose accord with 60 cases,the standards were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group was given acupuncture ＋ explored t2 dm,the formulas in the control group given domperidone oral,4 weeks for a period of treatment. Results After a period of clinical observation,the two group patients＇ gastric emptying rate was increased significantly. Compared with the control group,the patients＇ efficacy in the treatment group is better. The difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. The clinical symptoms of TCM- Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment group are more obvious（ P〈0. 05）. The clinical total effective rate： the treatment group was 83. 33%,and the contrast group was 60%. Acupuncture combined with decoction in treatment of Diabetic Gastroparesis is reliable. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Wenyang Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of Diabetic Gastroparesis,tonifying spleen and qi,restoring gastrointestinal movement,increase the rate of gastric emptying,significantly improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and have assisted reducing blood sugar function,the curative effect of safe and reliable.
