针刺治疗抗精神病药物所致代谢综合征患者的临床疗效

Curative effect and Mechanism of Acupuncture Treatment on Metabolic Patients Syndrome Caused by Antipsychotic drugs and Mechanism Research

目的探讨针刺治疗抗精神病药物所致代谢综合征患者的临床疗效及作用机制。方法选取2014年3月1日至2016年3月1日广州市民政局精神病院收治的抗精神病药物所致代谢综合征患者40例为研究对象,按随机数字表法平均分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。观察组患者在饮食干预及运动干预的基础上进行针刺治疗,对照组患者单纯给予饮食干预及运动干预,比较两组患者治疗总有效率及治疗前后体重指数、腰围、空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平、收缩压、舒张压、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白水平及治疗满意度。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为85.0%,显著高于对照组的55.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后体重、腰围、血糖、血脂、血压水平及治疗满意度均显著优于对照组,两组间及组内治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论抗精神病药物所致代谢综合征患者采用针刺治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者的各项指标水平。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of acupuncture on patients with metabolic syndrome induced by antipsychotic drugs.Methods From March 1,2014 to March 1,2016 in Guangzhou City,the Civil Affairs Bureau of the mental hospital caused by antipsychotic drugs in patients with metabolic syndrome in 40 cases as the research object,randomly divided into observation group and control group,20 cases in each group. Based on the observation of diet intervention and exercise intervention group patients were treated by acupuncture, control group were treated with diet and exercise intervention,the two groups were compared before and after the treatment of total body mass index,waist circumference,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose level, systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,triglyceride,three high density lipoprotein levels and treatment satisfaction.Results In the treatment group the total effective rate was 85.0%,significantly higher than 55.0% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;patients in the observation group after treatment, body weight, waist circumference, blood glucose,blood lipid and blood pressure levels and treatment satisfaction were significantly better than the control group,between the two groups before and after treatment,the differences were statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The acupuncture treatment in patients with metabolic syndrome caused by antipsychotic drug effect is remarkable,which can effectively improve the indicators,is worthy of popularization and application.
