在MSM中开展基于药店的HIV抗体尿液匿名传递检测结果分析

Results analysis of anonymous HIV antibody urine delivery detection based on the pharmacy among MSM

目的分析在男男性行为者(MSM)中开展基于药店的艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体尿液匿名传递检测的结果,为更大范围促进HIV抗体尿液匿名传递检测提供可推广的经验和模式。方法通过在线问卷调查MSM对HIV抗体尿液匿名传递检测的接受性和认可度。利用网络(MSM网站、MSM QQ聊天室、论坛、微博等)、微信等平台以及志愿者动员等线上线下多种方式在MSM中进行宣传,动员MSM到指定药店匿名免费领取尿液健康筛查服务包。受检者自行采集尿液并邮寄到专业检测实验室,实验室人员将检测结果录入指定的网站,受检者通过互联网平台查询检测结果并获取后续服务指导。结果网络预调查结果显示,60.3%(395/655)的调查对象表示愿意选择尿液HIV抗体检测。三家药店共计发放尿液健康筛查服务包294个,实验室回收216个,回收率为73.5%。216份有效尿液样本检出HIV抗体阳性42份,HIV抗体阳性率为19.4%。共有201人通过指定网站查询检测结果,结果查询率为93.1%。结论在MSM中开展基于药店的HIV抗体尿液匿名传递检测的工作模式可接受性好,可以有效发现部分隐匿在MSM中的HIV感染者,扩大MSM HIV抗体检测覆盖面,值得进一步完善和推广。

Objective To analyze the results of anonymous HIV antibody urine delivery detection based on the pharmacy among MSM,and to provide experience and models for expansion of anonymous HIV antibody urine detection.Methods The online questionnaire survey was conducted to know the acceptance of anonymous HIV antibody urine detection among MSM.Both online and offline approaches were used such as MSM websites,MSM QQ chat rooms,bulletin board system,microblog,WeChat and volunteer mobilization to promote the program.MSM were encouraged to get free HIV urine screening package anonymously in the designated pharmacy and to send their urine samples by themselves to a professional testing laboratory.The tested MSM could get their own results on a website and obtain subsequent service guidance.Results Online questionnaire survey showed that 60.3%（395/655）was willing to take anonymous HIV antibody urine detection.Out of 294 urine screening packages distributed,216 samples were sent back to the laboratory,with the rate of 73.5%（216/294）.HIV antibody positive rate was19.4%（42/216）.201 people checked their results on the designated website with the rate of 93.1%（201/216）.Conclusion Anonymous HIV antibody urine detection based on the pharmacy among MSM is acceptable.It can effectively access to the hidden HIV positive MSM and help expand the coverage of HIV antibody detection.Anonymous HIV antibody urine detection based on pharmacy is worth of improvement and promotion.
