摘要
近一年来，围绕扩大内需问题政府出台了不少的政策和措施，但是迄今为止效果仍不尽人意。本文就内需不足的原因进行分析，找出问题症结，并对症下药提出相应的启动消费市场的对策。
Centering on expanding intemal demand, policies and measures were set forth, while failed to achieve satisfactory effects. Based on the study of causes of insufficient intemal demand, the author got access to the crux of the problem, putting forward relevant countermeasures against it.
