吴茱萸热盐包热熨法在肛肠病术后尿潴留中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Hot Compress Therapy with Packed Wuzhuyu plus Heated Salt in Uroschesis Following the Procedure for Anorectal Diseases

为了观察以吴茱萸、粗盐为主要成分的热盐包热熨联合传统诱导排尿方法在肛肠病术后尿潴留中的临床应用效果，将160例肛肠病术后尿潴留患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各80例。治疗组采用吴茱萸热盐包加热后置于患者腹部神阙穴、气海、关元、中极穴区域30min，并联合传统诱导排尿方法。对照组采用肌注甲硫酸新斯的明联合传统诱导排尿法治疗，比较两组治疗后症状、体征改善及小便通畅情况。结果显示，总有效率治疗组为81．3％（65／80），对照组为72．5％（58／80），两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组患者术后首次排尿时间明显短于对照组，排尿成功率明显高于对照组，尿潴留发生率明显低于对照组。结果表明，吴茱萸热盐包热熨治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留安全可靠，方法简单易掌握，疗效确切。

This study was to investigate the clinical application efficacy of hot compress therapy with packed Wuzhuyu plus heated crude salt in uroschesis after anorectal disease surgery combined with routine induced urination method; randomly divided 160 cases of this condition into treatment group and control one,80 cases for each; gave above-mentioned heated packed Wuzhuyu plus salt on to the Shenque, Qihai, Guangyuan and Zhongji etc points area on abdomen of patient＇s in the former for 30 min, combined with routine induced urination method; meanwhile for the latter＇s patients gave intramusclarly injecting neostigmine methylsulfate combined with routine induced urination method; then , compared the status on the improvement of symptoms and signs, as well the smooth degree of urine between two groups.As results, the total effective rate of the former was significantly higher than that of the latter（65/80,81.3% vs 58/80, 72.5 %）, there was statistical significance in difference（ P〈0.05）, after operation the time for first-time urination of the former was significantly shorter than that of the latter,and the incidence of uroschesis,the successful rate of urination in the former was significantly lower, higher than in the latter. Results show that above hot compress therapy with packed Wuzhuyu plus heated salt used in the postoperative uroschesis is safe,feasibile,has determined effect,and its operation method is simple and easy.
