直肠微小类癌伴类癌综合征1例

摘要患者女，65岁。因脓血便伴潮热盗汗3个月，于2015年2月9日入院。患者入院前3个月因脓血便伴潮热盗汗就诊于当地医院，结肠镜检查示：距肛门15～18cm处有多个息肉样隆起，大小约0．5cm×0．5cm，表面黏膜充血，亚蒂。病理检查结果：
