摘要
患者女性，82岁，因“反复胸闷、气促1年，再发10d”，于2015年10月3日人院。患者1年前在本院行冠状动脉造影，结果显示：左前降支（left anterior descending，LAD）近段狭窄80％，中段管状狭窄85％；右冠状动脉中段狭窄50％。
