摘要
目的:通过调查基层医疗卫生人员的学历状况和对学历教育的需求,探讨在新医改的背景下提高其学历的有效途径,为相关部门制定政策提供依据。方法:抽样调查山西省6个县级医院、12个乡镇卫生院和72个村卫生室的全部卫生专业人员,共发放调查问卷1 600份,回收1 588份,有效问卷1 541份,有效回收率为96.3%。结果:县、乡、村医疗卫生人员的学历结构不同(χ2=522.198,P=0.000),县级医院68.2%为本科及以上,乡镇卫生院22.6%人员具有本科及以上学历,村医中仅有4.1%具有本科及以上学历;调查对象中有87.1%的人员有进一步提升学历的需求。讨论:基层医疗卫生人员的学历有待提高,可通过高校优质资源下沉、远程网络继续教育、改革成人高考入学门槛等途径帮助其学历提高。
Objective To explore the new ways to improve the continuing education of health staff in primary institutions and to provide reference for formulating policies by investigating the educational background of the doctors and their need for continuing education. Methods A sampling survey was made of all health staff from six county hospitals, 12 township health centers and 72 village clinics in Shanxi Province. A total of 1 600 questionnaires were distributed, 1 588 questionnaires were recycled and 1 541 questionnaires are valid. The effective rate was 96. 3%. Results The differences in academic degrees among the doctors in county hospitals, township health centers and village clinics were significant (χ2 = 522.198, P = 522.198). The doctors who had college education or above accounted for 68.2 % in county hospitals, 22.6% in township health centers and only 4.1% in village clinics. 87.1% of the staff had needs to pursue continuing education. Conclusions It is important to improve the continuing education of health staff in primary institutions. We can carry out the education by making full use of high-quality resources of colleges, network education and reform of the university entrance exam for adult education.
