医疗技术临床应用管理是医院管理的重要内容,医疗技术作为医疗服务要素之一,与医疗质量和医疗安全直接相关。2015年国家卫生计生委取消由医疗卫生行政部门对第三类、第二类医疗技术的临床应用准入审批,由医疗机构承担医疗技术临床应用和管理主体责任。该文主要从医疗技术管理现状、准入和监管等方面,就医疗技术临床应用管理进行探讨,在新政策形势下对于医院临床医疗技术管理具有重要意义。

The clinical application management of medical technology is an important part of hospital management. As one of medical service elements, it directly relates with medical quality and safety. The National Health and Family Planning Commission cancelled the admission approval for the clinical practice of the third and second class medical technologies in 2015, and the medical institutions are supposed to take major responsibilities for the application and management of the medical technologies. The paper explores medical technology management mainly from the aspects of the status quo of management,the technology admission and supervision, which is of great significance to the management of medical quality in hospitals.
