吉林省农村留守儿童移动互联网使用情况分析

Use of mobile internet by left-behind children in rural areas of Jilin province

目的:通过对吉林省大安市2所乡镇中学初中生移动互联网使用情况的调查,比较移动互联网对留守儿童与非留守儿童所产生利弊,分析原因,为完善农村留守儿童的社会环境安全及保护政策提供参考。方法:采取普查的方法,对455名初中学生发放自主设计的互联网使用情况调查问卷,并进行统计分析。结果:留守儿童移动网络使用频率远高于非留守儿童;非留守儿童身心状态优于留守儿童。结论:如何引导、监护留守儿童正确、有度地使用移动互联网必须引起高度重视;监护人、各级政府以及教育部门需积极关注并建立规章制度,保护留守儿童身心健康成长。

Objective To compare the advantages and disadvantages of mobile internet between the left--behind chil- dren and non--left-behind children by surveying the junior students of 2 villages in Da＇an city of Jilin province, so as to provide reference for the improvement in social environmental security and protective policies for left-behind children. Methods A total of 455 junior students were surveyed with self-designed questionnaire on the use of mobile Internet. Results Left-behind children used the mobile internet more frequently and had worse psychological conditions than the non-left-behind children. Conclusions It is urgent to attach importance to guiding and monitoring the left-behind children to use mobile internet correctly and abstinently. Guardians,all levels of the government and educational departments should make rules and regulations to protect the physical and mental health of left-behind children.
