PDCA管理模式对肠息肉切除患者的健康素质及护士综合能力的影响

Effect of PDCA Management Model on Health Education and Nursing Ability in Patients with Intestinal Polyps

目的:总结动态循环管理模式(PDCA)对提高肠息肉摘除术患者健康素质和护士综合工作能力的效果。方法:选择2012年7月至2014年12月深圳市宝安区石岩人民医院98例进行肠息肉摘除术的患者为观察对象。2013年7月实施动态循环管理,管理前48例患者为对照组进行常规护理。实施后50例患者设为观察组,在对照组基础上按PDCA进行护理管理。统计两组患者在护理过程中各方面不良事件发生率;以医院自制问卷评价两组健康素质的效果;同时调查其健康素质的满意度。结果:观察组教育成效显著优于对照组,掌握率明显较高,未掌握率和部分掌握率明显较低;观察组满意率86.0%,对照组为70.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在服务态度、护患沟通、主动服务意识、其他、患者投诉等5个方面的不良事件少于对照组(尤其前4个方面在6月末的累积不良事件),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA管理模式在肠息肉摘除术患者的全程护理过程中具有一定的临床价值,提升护理人员工作能力和护理质量。

Objective To summary the effect of PDCA to improve the effect of satisfaction of health education and comprehensive ability of nurses for patients with intestinal polyps resection,to provide reference for clinical nursing.Method To select 98 patients undergoing intestinal polyps resection from July 2012 ~ 2014 December.Dynamic circulation management had been implemented since July 2013.48 patients before management were given routine nursing care as control group, the other 50 were given PDCA circulation management as study group.The incidence of adverse events of patients in two groups should be statisticed in the nursing process,and then to record health education effect of two groups by selfmade questionnaire evaluation and investigate the health education satisfaction. Result The achievement of education in study group was significantly better than the control group, and the master rates was significantly higher,while not-mastered rate and partial-mastered rate were significantly lower;The satisfaction rate in study group was 86.0 %, while 70.9 % in the control group, with significant difference;Adverse events rate of communication between nurse and patient, service attitude, active service consciousness,the others,complain from patients were less than the control group, with significant difference especially the first four aspects. Conclusion There is significant clinical value of patients with intestinal polyps resection in whole nursing process through PDCA dynamic circulation management mode,which improves the working capacity of nursing staff and nursing quality.
