胶质母细胞瘤CT平扫及增强扫描分析

Analysis of CT plain scan and enhanced scan in glioblastoma

目的总结胶质母细胞瘤CT平扫及增强扫描的影像学表现。方法选择2011年1月至2015年11月收治经手术病理证实的胶质母细胞瘤患者58例,均进行CT平扫及增强扫描,对胶质母细胞瘤CT平扫及增强扫描的表现进行总结。结果病理结果显示胶质母细胞瘤55例,间变性星形细胞瘤3例。肿瘤部位:颞叶25例,额叶21例,颞顶叶7例,顶叶4例,枕顶叶1例。CT平扫表现为高密度病灶,内部可见囊变坏死,形态多不规则、边界不清、瘤周水肿明显。增强扫描主要为花环状或环状明显强化、厚薄不均。结论胶质母细胞瘤CT平扫及增强扫描具有明显特征,平扫表现为形态不规则、边界不清、病灶周围水肿明显,增强扫描多出现花环状或环状明显强化、厚薄不均,多数患者可做出正确术前诊断。

Objective To summarize the imaging findings of CT plain scan and enhanced scan in glioblastoma.Methods Fifty-eight patients with glioblastoma confirmed by operation and pathology from January 2011 to November 2015 were analyzed. CT plain scan and enhanced scan were performed to summarize the imaging findings of glioblastoma. Results The pathological results showed that there were 55 cases with glioblastomas and 3 cases with anaplastic astrocytomas. The tumor sites were 25 cases in temporal lobe,21 cases in frontal lobe,7 cases in temporal parietal lobe,4 cases in parietal lobe and 1 case in occipital parietal lobe. The findings of CT plain scan showed high density lesions,with presence of cystic necrosis,mostly irregular,with unclear boundaries and obvious peritumoral edema. The findings of enhanced scan showed garland-shaped or circular significant enhancement,uneven thickness. Conclusion CT plain scan and enhanced scan of glioblastoma have obvious characteristics. Plain scan shows irregular shape,unclear boundaries,obvious perilesional edema. Enhanced scan shows garland-shaped or circular significant enhancement,uneven thickness. Most cases can be correctly diagnosed before operation.
