改良鼻腔泪囊吻合联合泪道引流管治疗慢性泪囊炎

Modified dacryocystorhinostomy combined with drainage device for treating chronic dacryocystitis

目的探讨改良鼻腔泪囊吻合术联合泪道引流管植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床效果。方法对25例（25眼）慢性泪囊炎患者进行鼻腔泪囊吻合术,术中植入泪道引流管,3个月取出泪道引流管,术后随访6个月~1年。结果 25例（25眼）中治愈19眼,好转6眼,治愈率为76%,有效率为100%。结论改良鼻腔泪囊吻合术联合泪道引流管植入能有效的治疗慢性泪囊炎。

Objective To study the clinical effects of modified dacryocystorhinostomy combined with drainage device for treating chronic dacryocystitis. Methods Twenty- five chronic dacryocystitis patients（ 25 eyes） with chronic dacryocystitis were conducted dacryocystorhinostomy,and were implanated lacrimal duct drainage tube. After 3 months,the lacrimal duct drainage tube were withdrawed and the postoperative followed up lasted six months to one year. Results Among the 25 cases（ 25 eyes）,19 eyes cured,6 eyes improved,the cure rate was 76%,and the effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Modified dacryocystorhinostomy combined with drainage device can effectively treat chronic dacryocystitis.
