EBT+LF+VD工艺制备非晶母合金的研制与应用

Development and application of amorphous master alloy preparation by process of EBT+LF+VD

摘要 采用EBT-LF-VD工艺制备非晶母合金,通过精选原料,在EBT内去除C、P、Mn等杂质有害元素;在LF钢包精炼炉中造渣去除S和夹杂物并调整化学成分;在VD真空精炼炉中去除钢水内气体N、H、O,有效地减少了合金的氧化物夹杂和氮化物夹杂。经使用表明,该非晶母合金的成分精准、气体含量极低,制带综合合格率平均提高约10.07%、P_(1.3/50)平均降低0.01 W/kg,Bs平均增加0.012T,单卷质量平均增加179kg。 The amorphous master alloy were prepared by process of EBT+LF+VD.The raw material and harmful element such as element C,P,Mn were controled in EBT.The element S and inclusions were controled by slagging.The chemical composition in LF ladle refining furnace were controled.The element N,H,O in melting were removed steel in VD vacuum refining furnace,thus efficiently reduced oxide inclusions and nitride inclusions in master alloy.The application shows that the amorphous master alloy is typical of accurate composition,extra-low content of inclusions and gas,increased rate of finished product and property of strip.The average qualified rate of the system is increased by about 10.07%,P1.3/50 reduce average 0.01 W/kg,Bsaverage increase of 0.012 T,single volume quality increased by an average of 179 kg.
