摘要
介绍了DAVY串、并联双合成塔甲醇合成工艺流程。针对中煤陕西榆林能源化工有限公司DAVY双塔工艺单合成塔出现问题需要更换催化剂的情况,为保护1^#塔催化剂,决定对2^#塔催化剂进行不钝化卸料和单塔还原。实践经验表明,在无氧环境下对催化剂进行不钝化卸料和单塔进行催化剂还原是可行的。解决了甲醇合成催化剂必须经过钝化卸料而给企业造成巨大损失的问题。
The methanol synthesis process of a series-parallel DAVY double synthesis tower was introduced. In view that the single synthesis tower in the DAVY double tower process in China Coal Shaanxi Yulin Energy Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd. has the problem and needs to replace catalyst, and to protect catalyst of 1~# tower, it is decided to unload without passivation and reduce the catalyst of 2~# tower. The practical experience shows that it is feasible to unload catalyst with non-passivation in the oxygen-free environment and reduce catalyst of single tower. This could solve the problem that methanol synthesis catalyst must be unloaded with passivation to cause huge losses to the enterprise.
