A New Type Structural of Ceramic Ball Valve and Its Application in the Modern Coal Chemical Industry

现代煤化工生产中,高温、高压、腐蚀性灰水对阀门的磨损和冲刷严重,新型结构陶瓷材料在强度、硬度、韧性、耐磨性及抗腐蚀性等方面性能良好。阐述了增韧性改良氧化锆陶瓷球阀的特点,介绍了陶瓷球阀在陕西神木化学工业有限公司60万t/a煤制甲醇项目中替代原研磨水控制阀、文丘里洗涤黑水控制阀、真空闪蒸罐液位调节阀和锁斗泄压阀的应用情况,更换陶瓷球阀后,实现了较长周期的安全生产运行。

In the production of modern coal chemical industry, high-temperature, high-pressure and corrosive gray water had serious wearing and scouring effect on valve, and a new type structural of ceramic material had excellent properties in strength, hardness, toughness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, etc. In the paper, characteristics of the toughened improved zirconia ceramic ball valve were summarized. The application of ceramic valve which substituted for grinding water controlled valve, Venturi washing black water controlled valve, vacuum flash tank liquid level control valve and locking pressure relief valve in Shaanxi Shenmu Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd. 600 000 t/a coal-to-methanol project was introduced.After the replacement, the safe operation of a longer production cycle was achieved.
