摘要
以"礼泉富士"苹果嫁接在8种矮化中间砧为试材,研究了不同矮化中间砧对叶片叶绿素含量及光合特性的影响。结果表明:不同矮化中间砧对叶绿素含量及其比例间产生明显差异性影响,叶绿素a含量以‘M26’最高,为1.032mg·g^(-1)FW;类胡萝卜素则以‘MM111’含量最高,为0.597mg·g^(-1)FW;而叶绿素a/b则以‘SH9’最高,为4.076,但三者均以对照最低,分别为0.651 mg·g^(-1) FW、0.345 mg·g^(-1) FW、2.427;叶绿素b含量以‘GM256’最高,为0.286mg·g^(-1)FW,‘SH9’最低,为0.240mg·g^(-1)FW,比对照低10.448%,各处理间具有显著性差异;净光合速率(Pn)以‘Mark’最高,为20.552CO2μmol·m-2·s^(-1),而胞间CO2浓度(Ci)以‘SH9’最高,为489.581CO2μmol·mol^(-1),蒸腾速率(Tr)各处理间无显著性差异,但Tr和气孔导度(Gs)均以对照最低,且具有显著性差异,各砧木对"礼泉富士"苹果幼树叶片光合特性的影响以‘M26’和‘Mark’最为显著。
The influence of eight dwarfing apple interstocks on photosynthetic characteristics were studied via apple cultivar‘Li Quan Fuji'on eight dwarfing interstocks(‘Pajam2'‘Mark'‘GM256'‘M26'‘MM111'‘SH6'‘SH9'‘SH40')grafted with M.micromalus Mak..The results showed that the content of chlorophyll with different treatments and the rate of chlorophyll a/b were significant difference.The chlorophyll a content of‘M26'was the highest,1.032mg·g-1FW,and the highest of carotenoid content was‘MM111',0.597mg·g-1FW,but the rate of chlorophyll a/b was the highest in the treatment of‘SH9',4.076,different treatments had significant difference with CK(0.651mg·g-1FW,0.345mg·g-1FW,2.427).The content of chlorophyll b of‘GM256'was the highest(0.286mg·g-1FW),the lowest was‘SH9'(0.240mg·g-1FW),and there had significant difference between different treatments.The Pn of‘Mark'was highest between different treatments(20.552CO2μmol·m-2·s-1),the highest Ci was‘SH9'(489.581CO2 μmol· mol-1),but the Tr had no significant difference between different treatments,and the lowest of Pn,Ci,Tr and Gs were CK,it had significant difference with other treatments.The‘M26'and‘Mark'had the most significant affection on apple cultivar‘Li Quan Fuji'.
