伐林栽参与平地栽参方法种植人参、西洋参挥发油含量比较 被引量:4

摘要 以伐林栽参与平地栽参2种方式种植的4年生人参和西洋参为试材,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取并测定了人参和西洋参根中挥发油含量;采用GC-MS分析总挥发油成分,比较研究了不同生长环境对人参、西洋参挥发油含量的影响。结果表明:伐林栽参种植方法的人参、西洋参挥发油总量(0.24%、0.26%)分别高于其相应年生平地种植品种(0.21%、0.25%);其中2种方式种植的人参挥发油总量差异显著(P<0.05),西洋参挥发油总量差异不显著(P>0.05);所有样品主要单体成分含量差别不显著(P>0.05)。 Four-year-old ginseng and American ginseng with deforestation or ground planting pattern were used as materials.The total essential oils of ginseng and American ginseng extracted by steam distillation were compared and the ingredients was analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that the total essential oils of 4-year-old ginseng and 4-year-old American ginseng in deforestation planted way(0.24% or 0.26%)were higher than ground planted way(0.21%or0.25%).Two ways of planting ginseng volatile oil amount were significantly different(P〈 0.05),American ginseng was not significantly different(P〉0.05),and the differences of the major simple substances were not obvious(P〉0.05).
