摘要
以4个天麻品种乌天麻、红天麻、绿天麻和乌红杂交天麻试材,采用箱栽的种植方法并利用毛细管电泳检测,对比分析了4个天麻品种在相同条件下的种植效果及毛细管电泳测定的生化指纹图谱。结果表明:种植5个月后产生的米麻数量上不存在显著差异,米麻生长势最好的是红天麻;种植17个月后产生的白头麻数量不存在显著差异,白头麻的质量存在着明显差异,质量最大的是红天麻,均值达到3 042.20g;4个天麻品种种植17个月后的白头麻采用毛细管电泳测定的生化指纹图谱中可见4个较大的峰,其中峰4与峰1的特征明显,乌天麻峰4与峰1面积比≥1,未表现出种内变异。
Four varieties of Gastrodia elata(Wu Gastrodia elata,Hong Gastrodia elata,Lyu Gastrodia elata,Wu-hong Gastrodia elata)were used as test material.Comparative analysis on the planting effect and biochemical fingerprint of four varieties of Gastrodia elata which were planted in the same conditions were conducted via box planting method and capillary electrophoresis determination.The results showed that there were no significant difference in the number of juvenile tuber;the best growth potential was Hong Gastrodia elata,cultivation of five months later.There was no significant difference in the number of immature tuber,but there were significant differences in the weight,cultivation of17 months later.Maps in capillary zone electrophoresis contained four large peaks,and the 4th peak and 1th peak had a significant specificity.The 4th peak and 1th peak area ratio of Wu Gastrodia elata Bl.was greater than or equal to one,showed no intraspecific variation.
