摘要
通过对MW级风力发电机齿轮箱弹性支撑的隔振特性进行理论和实验研究,了解弹性支撑在风力机实际运行中的隔振性能特点,验证该文所采用的考虑基础柔性的两自由度隔振模型的合理性,提出利用相干系数和激励源特征频率来排除干扰信号进行传递函数分析的方法,为风力发电机齿轮箱弹性支撑及发电机弹性支撑的设计及优化提供依据和参考。
The vibration isolation characteristics of the flexible mounting for MW grade wind turbine gearbox were researched by theoretical and experimental methods. The main vibration isolation characteristics of wind turbine in actual operation were obtained, and the rationality of two degrees of freedom model of vibration isolation considering elasticity foundation was verified by experimental results. The method using coherence coefficient and characteristic frequency of excitation source to exclude the influence of interference signals and analyze transfer function was presented, which would provide special reference for the design and optimization of flexible mounting of gearbox and generator of wind turbine.
