摘要
以非离子表面活性剂Span 80和Tween 40为乳化剂,对多种紫外线吸收剂进行乳化,将紫外线吸收剂和受阻胺自由基捕获剂纳米乳液单独或复配对芳砜纶进行整理,测定织物耐日晒色牢度。结果表明,制备的紫外线吸收剂乳液能提高芳砜纶染色织物的耐日晒色牢度,选择紫外线吸收剂UV-9与受阻胺自由基捕获剂UV-770复配,用于芳砜纶织物耐日晒整理中,效果显著。
Using mixed surfactants of Span-80 and Tween-40 as emulsifiers, some UV absorbers and hindered amine free-radical scavengers are emulsified, and its application to improve the light fastness of polysulfonamide fabric is carried out. UV absorber UV-9 and free radical scavenger UV-770 are selected, and the polysulfonamide fabric after treatment features remarkable improvement on light fastness.
