摘要 通过酸化处理含有一定量金属催化剂杂质的多壁碳纳米管,成功制备出直径从十几微米到几十微米范围的宏观多壁碳纳米管纤维。对酸化处理前后的碳纳米管进行了FESEM、TEM、XRD和RAMAN表征,研究了宏观纤维的可弯曲性,发现其可弯曲性较好,弯曲角度可达180°。 Macroscopic fibers, composed solely of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs), are successfully produced through carboxylation, a rather simple and convenient way. Although the fibers contain some transition metal catalyst impurities, the diameters of the fibers can range from a dozen to dozens of micrometers. The MWNTs before and after carboxylation are characterized by SEM, TEM, XRD and RAMAN. The as-prepared fibers have a pretty bending property and the bent angle can reach 180°.
