摘要
针对传统染整退浆工艺存在高能耗、高水耗的问题,开发一体化超声波退浆节能技术,并与常规酶退浆效果进行对比,得到超声波退浆的最佳工艺条件:超声波功率320 W,退浆温度50℃,退浆时间30 min,酶质量浓度5 g/L。结果表明,织物经过该超声波退浆后,退浆率达92.5%,远高于该条件下常规酶退浆方法的42.3%,且对织物的断裂强度和白度影响不大。采用该技术对南通某染整厂酶退浆工艺进行改造后,蒸汽消耗由3 t/h降为1 t/h,水耗由6 t/万米织物降为3 t/万米织物。该超声波辅助退浆节能技术具有应用价值。
To solve the problem of high energy consumption and high water consumption in the traditional desizing process, an integrated ultrasonic desizing technology for energy conservation is developed, which has been applied to modify the enzymatic desizing technology in a Nantong dyehouse. The optimum technological conditions of ultrasonic desizing have been obtained by comparing the effect of ultrasonic desizing and conventional enzymatic desizing. The results indicate that when the ultrasonic power is 320 W, the treatment tempreture is 50 ℃, the desizing time is 30 min, the enzyme concentration is 5 g/L, the desizing efficiency is 92.5%, which is much higher than 42.3% of conventional enzymatic desizing process. And it is little effect on the strength and whiteness of the fabric. After the modification, the steam consumption is reduced from 3 to 1 t/h and the water consumption is reduced from 6 to 3 ton per million meters' fabric.
