摘要
线性摩擦焊作为常用的固相焊接工艺,以其独特的优势在高性能材料、特殊结构的焊接上得到了广泛的应用,在航空航天领域中结构整体化设计及制造中发挥着越来越重要的作用,近些年来获得了快速发展。国内外研究人员对线性摩擦焊接工艺及基础理论进行了大量的研究,并且在航空航天领域特别是航空发动机整体叶盘制造方面获得了成功应用。文中综述了国内外线性摩擦焊接工艺开发和理论研究方面的进展及其在航空航天领域的应用现状,并对存在的问题和发展方向进行了讨论。
As a solid state welding process,linear friction welding( LFW) has been widely applied to joining of high performance material and special structure. In recent years,LFW plays more and more important roles in integral production technology for aerospace field. Researchers have done a great deal of works in LFW. The LFW process have been successfully applied in aerospace field,especially in the fabrication of aero-engine's bilks. The theoretical researches and process development of LFW were reviewed,as well as its current applications in aerospace field. The problems existed in research and the direction of future development were also discussed.
