钛合金搅拌摩擦焊与搅拌摩擦加工研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 针对近年来钛合金搅拌摩擦焊与搅拌摩擦加工的国内外研究进展展开综述,对适用于钛合金搅拌摩擦焊的搅拌头研发、钛合金及其与异种金属的搅拌摩擦焊关键技术及基础问题研究、钛合金搅拌摩擦焊或搅拌摩擦加工工艺过程对双相钛合金微观组织演变的影响、基于搅拌摩擦加工方法对钛合金进行组织改性或表面改性及其性能响应等方面的重要研究成果进行列举和分析,进一步提出了钛合金搅拌摩擦焊与搅拌摩擦加工研究的发展方向,以期为搅拌摩擦焊及其衍生出的新技术原型在钛合金加工领域的研究和应用发展起到指导作用。 The recent research progress in friction stir welding and friction stir processing of titanium alloys at home and abroad was reviewed.For the application of friction stir welding of titanium alloy,the research development of friction stir tool was summarized. The research achievement on the key techniques and basic questions in friction stir welding of titanium alloy and its dissimilar metals was reviewed. The effects of friction stir welding and friction stir processing on the duplex microstructural evolution and properties in titanium alloy and microstructural or surface modification were analyzed in the existed academic reports or papers. Thus,the development trend of friction stir welding and friction stir processing of titanium alloy was analyzed to contribute to the research development.
