摘要
针对310S材料全焊式板壳型换热器在高温、抗腐蚀条件下运行的可靠性要求,分析了产品焊接的特点和难点,制定了焊接工艺方案。板壳型换热器板管的封边焊缝和圆形焊点采用了激光焊工艺,采用堆焊工艺制备了双金属复合管板,管板与板束焊接采用钨极氩弧焊方法。通过焊接工艺评定试验,确定了产品施焊的工艺参数,焊制了产品,并进行焊缝质量检验和液压强度试验,通过了性能考核。
According to the reliability requirement of welding of 310 S welded plate type heat exchanger running under a high temperature,corrosion-resistant conditions,the welding product features and difficulties were analyzed,the welding technology program was developed. The edge and round welded spot of plate-tube were made by laser beam welding,double metal cladding pipe-plate was prepared by the overlaying technology and the welding between the tube sheet and plate-tube was carried out by GTAW. According to the welding procedure qualification test,the welding process parameters were determined,the products were welded and the welding quality inspection and hydraulic strength test were carried out,and the performance evaluation were passed.
