Through the analysis of the thermistor industry＇s situation and tasks, as well as characteristics of enterprises, combined with practical experience of management and technology research, especially small, scattered and weak enterprises, this paper presents the views and thoughts on the development and innovation of the thermistor industry and enterprises. A new model of development and management strategies is proposed.
