摘要
本文通过建立数学模型来研究霍乱和艾滋病交叉感染时的动力学,其中艾滋病接受逆转录治疗,霍乱也接受相应的治疗.首先考虑了只感染霍乱和只感染HIV的子模型,然后考虑全模型.同时考虑了霍乱以及对其的治疗和对艾滋病动力学的影响.最后,讨论了只感染霍乱的子模型中基本再生数R_C的敏感性.
A mathematical model was designed to explore the co-infection of cholera and HIV in the presence of antiretroviral therapy and cholera treatment.The cholera-only and HIV-only sub-models are first considered.The impact of cholera and its treatment on HIV dynamics is investigated.Further,the sensitivity of the reproductive number R_C for the cholera-only sub model are discussed.
