百年中师教育的办学经验和启示 被引量:5

摘要 借助对中师教育演进历程的梳理,透视百年中师教育在优质生源、教师技能、教师情感与基本素养等方面形成的合规律性经验与基本价值追求,有利于人们厘清当前教师教育中存在的一些问题,并借鉴百年中师教育的成功之处,形成改革对策。基于以上认识和现存问题的症结所在,我国当前教师教育可以从增加教师职业吸引力、在招生与培养中增加分流环节提高生源的适合度与质量、加强教师职业信念教育和实践取向的体验式教育等方面加强教师教育培养过程改革,努力解决教师职业信念弱化、敬业精神不强、教学理念落后和教育教学能力不强等问题。 According to the Evolution of middle normal school education,combined with regularity experience and basic values perspective of century middle normal school education in high-quality students,teacher skills,teacher emotional,basic literacy and other aspects of the pursuit,can help people to clarify the current existence questions of teacher education,then learning from the success of century middle normal school education,can form the reform countermeasure. Based on the above crux of understanding and existing problem,now Chinese teacher education could take some measure to strengthen teacher education reform,just like increased attractiveness of the teaching profession,adding the split link in enrollment and training to improve fitness and quality of students,strengthening the teaching profession faith education and practice-oriented experiential education and other aspects of the training process,these can make some efforts to resolve the teachers’ professional beliefs weakened,little professional dedication spirit,teaching idea lag behind and lack of teaching ability and other issues.
