摘要
作为一门复合型学科,理论性与应用性构成行政管理学研究的双重导向。区别于学术研究的全面性考量,专业教学工作在各个阶段均有着不同的导向侧重。在行业需求和教学层级的共同作用下,应用性在行政管理专业本科人才培育进程中的导向作用较为突出,教学主体应构建科学高效的实践教学体系为应用型人才培育提供路径保障。行政管理专业本科实践教学体系的建构应围绕目标体系、内容体系、保障体系和评价体系等方面着手展开。
As a compound subject,the research of administrative management should be theoretical and practical. Professional teaching has varied emphasis in different stages,which is quite distinguished from academic research. Under the complex effects of industrial requirement and teaching level,the guiding role of applicability is relatively outstanding in the cultivation of personnel of administrative management. In order to provide a kind of guarantee for the cultivation of applied personnel,the teaching subject should construct a practical teaching system scientifically and effectively,which is ought to commence to objective system,content system,guarantee system and evaluation system and so on.
