信息技术条件下提高高等教育质量的方法研究

高等教育质量是高校人才培养的关键所在和高校生存发展的生命线,而影响高等教育质量提升的因素很多,其中很重要的就是教育模式与方式。环视目前高等教育运行的现实场域,所培养的人才的创新与动手能力不高,表明高等教育人才培养质量的不理想。教育信息化的发展为高等教育质量提升带来很好的契机,对高等教育各个方面产生深刻的影响。高校应探索信息技术条件下教育质量的提升问题,根据国家教育规划纲要,主动适应教育信息化趋势,将信息技术融入到高等教育各个环节与各个方面中,以此不断完善信息技术条件下高等教育质量提升的机制。

Higher education quality is the key to the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities and the lifeline of the development of universities,and there are many factors which affect the quality of higher education ascension,it very important of which is education mode and style. Looking around the reality of higher education running field at present,cultivating the innovative and practical ability is not high,and it shows that the quality of higher education personnel training is not ideal. The development of education information ascension brings good opportunity for higher education quality,and has had a profound effect on every aspect of higher education. Because of this,universities should make the exploration the ascension of education quality on the condition of information technology,according to the national education outline,adapt to the new normal education information initiatively,put the information technology into the higher education in every aspect,to continuously improve the quality of higher education under the condition of information technology promotion mechanism.
