教师教育治理现代化存在的问题及解决路径

教师教育治理现代化是教育治理现代化的重要组成部分。当前教师教育治理现代化存在着政府治理现代化能力不够、高校自主办学水平不高和第三方评价机构与教师教育对接不畅等问题。要实现教师教育治理现代化,推进"管、办、评"的分离,就需要政府提升现代化治理能力,高校提高内部治理能力,第三方机构融入教师教育评价。通过重新整合资源配置,强化法治、信息化等手段,实现教师教育的发展与高校转型发展的良性契合,进而提高教师教育的质量,办出教师教育的特色。

The administrative modernization of teacher education is an important part of the administrative modernization of education.But at present,there are still the following problems： the government is not good enough for the administrative modernization of teacher education; colleges and universities cannot meet the requirement of independent administration of their education affairs; the third-party evaluation mechanism is inefficient in terms of its connection with teacher education. The realization of the administrative modernization of teacher education and the promotion of the separation of leadership,administration and evaluation require the improvement of both the government＇s capability for modern administration and the college＇s independent administration,as well as the objective third-party evaluation. The integration of well- allocated resources,the effective enforcement of laws and the application of information technology will help produce a good development of teacher education with the proper transformation of colleges and universities,and improve the quality of teacher education with its own characteristics.
