岭南地区中老年人群痰湿质、气虚质、平和质与心血管病危险因素关系分析

Investigation on Relativity between Constitution of Phlegm-dampness、Constitution of Qi deficiency、Constitution of Yin-yang Harmony and Cardiovascular Risk Factors in South China Area

目的:探讨痰湿质、气虚质、平和质与心血管病危险因素的关系。方法:回顾2014年6月至2015年2月于广东省中医院进行健康体检中医体质辨识为痰湿质、气虚质、平和质的岭南地区中老年人群,对比分析3种体质之间血压、尿酸、空腹血糖、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、体质量指数水平和高脂血症、高尿酸血症、超重/肥胖发生率的差异。结果:痰湿体质血压、尿酸、空腹血糖、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、体质量指数水平和高脂血症、高尿酸血症、超重/肥胖发生率显著高于气虚质和平和质,而高密度脂蛋白水平显著低于气虚质和平和质。结论:痰湿质是岭南地区中老年人群心血管病危险因素密集的危险体质,提示可以基于中医体质角度防治心血管疾病。

Objective： To explore the relativity between constitution of phlegm-dampness、constitution of Qi deficiency、constitution of Yin-yang harmony and blood pressure（ BP） 、uric acid（ UA） 、fasting plasma glucose（ FPG） 、total cholesterol（ TC） 、triglycerides（ TG） 、high density lipoprotein（ HDL） 、low density lipoprotein（ LDL） 、body mass index（ BMI）,investigate the differences of cardiovascular risk factors based on constitution of TCM in south China area. Methods：Reviewed the elderly population in south China area who＇s constitution of TCM were that mentioned above,the difference of BP、UA、TC、TG、HDL、LDL、BMI、hyperlipidemia（ HPL） 、hyperuricemia（ HUA） 、overweight / obesity between constitution of phlegm-dampness、constitution of Qi deficiency、constitution of yin-yang harmony were evalutead. Results： The levels of BP、UA、TC、TG、LDL、BMI and prevalence of HPL、HUA、overweight / obesity in constitution of phlegm-dampness were significantly higher than constitution of Qi deficiency、constitution of Yin-yang harmony. HDL in constitution of phlegmdampness was significantly lower than constitution of Qi deficiency、constitution of Yin-yang harmony. Conclusion： In south China area,compared with constitution of Qi deficiency、constitution of Yin-yang harmony,constitution of phlegm-dampness had more cardiovascular risk factors suggested that the prevention of cardiovascular disease could be took based on constitution of TCM.
