越鞠丸抗抑郁研究进展

Research Progress of Antidepressant Effect of Yueju Pill

抑郁症是目前高发的精神类疾病,其部分属于中医郁证范畴。临床和基础研究均表明,针对郁证"六郁"所设的越鞠丸,对抑郁症同样具有较好的疗效。故对近年来关于越鞠丸抗抑郁的理论探索及主要针对的临床抑郁症类型进行综述,并结合越鞠丸抗抑郁作用的实验研究成果,探讨目前越鞠丸抗抑郁研究对临床用药剂型和治疗范围的启示及进一步的研究方向,为越鞠丸抗抑郁的中医临床运用提供更多的思路,为中医药抗抑郁新药的研发奠定一定的基础。

Absract： Depression,a high incidence of mental health at present,shares many common features with Yu Syndrome in Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM）. Yueju pill targets Six-Yu Syndromes,which are common in depressive patients. Clinical and experimental studies results all support its antidepressant efficacy. Here we review the progress in the theoretic basis and the depression subtypes suitable for Yueju treatment in clinic. Additionally,we discuss further basic research that may enlighten the clinical use of Yueju in formula,dosage,and subpopulations,in the context of the latest research on antidepressant effects of Yueju. The review will offer more ideas to the clinical application of TCM and lay a foundation for the research and development of new antidepressant of TCM.
