颌面区木村病的影像学表现(2例报告并文献复习)

Imaging Findings of Kimura Disease in the Maxillofacial Region:Report of Two Cases with Literature Review

目的探讨颌面区木村病的临床及影像表现,提高对该病的认识及诊断准确率。方法搜集2例经手术病理证实的木村病的临床及影像资料,复习相关文献,分析其影像学特点。结果 2例木村病均位于颌面部,均见颌下部多发淋巴结肿大。1例CT检查主要表现为左颌下部及颏下部淋巴结肿大,1例MRI检查发现颌面部软组织增厚、肿胀,并颌下部多发淋巴结肿大,临床2例患者血常规检查均提示嗜酸性粒细胞增多。结论木村病的影像表现有一定特征性,结合临床及实验室检查,有助于对该病的诊断。

Objective To investigate the imaging findings and clinical characteristics of Kimura disease in the maxillofacial region so as to improve the skills of diagnosis for the disease. Methods The clinical and imaging findings of 2 cases with surgery and pathology proven Kimura disease were retrospectively analyzed and the related literature was reviewed.Results 2 cases of Kimura disease were located in the maxillofacial region,and both had associated swelling of lymph nodes in the submandibular space. CT examination of one case mainly showed lymph node swelling in the left submandibular and submental space. MRI examination of the other case revealed that maxillofacial soft tissue was thickened and swollen,associated with lymph node swelling in the submandibular space and both had peripheral eosinophilia. Conclusion The imaging findings of Kimura disease have some characteristic features; the diagnosis can be made combined with clinical findings and the laboratory examination.
